Dear Artist,

 

AM, Eyezz, Jesse, Josh, Nikko, Chuck - we are your coaches. We’re a close knit group. 

 

We’ve worked together in the music business for over 10 years — managing, representing and working with some of the biggest stars in the world. 

 

During that time we've noticed that there’s a gap in the music industry. 

 

Not all artists need 24/7 management.

 

Not all artists need labels, big teams, big budgets. 

 

Some artists are different. We created Enroute for those artists. 

 

Enroute is for the artists who needs serious feedback and strategy without the serious cost it all usually comes with. 

 

We, your coaches, are on a mission to help as many artists turn their art into a career as possible.

 

We are unapologetically focused on making your art into business. 

 

Revenue, profitability are at the core of our strategic thinking. 

 

But it's  much deeper than just that. 

 

As your coaches, our goals are twofold: to help make you a better professional and help make you a better human being. 

 

Along with our music biz credentials, we’ve put ourselves through courses at Yale in mental health and positive psychology, passing rigorous internal training in artist counselling.
